DAY 1:
Your flight will land in
San Jose, Costa Rica and you'll be ready to begin your adventure. Our driver will be waiting for you as you walk out of the airport.
You'll be driven to the Arenal Volcano area where you'll be staying for the next three nights at the Arenal Manoa Hotel.
The Arenal Manoa Hotel is a beautiful place to rest, relax and enjoy the marvelous view of the Arenal Volcano. Surrounded by gardens, pastures and animals, their rooms have been designed so that each one offers you a panoramic view of the volcano.
Our visitors can take advantage of our spacious gardens for walking and meditation as well as the opportunities to see the daily operations of a typical Costa Rican farm.
DAY 2:
You'll wake up and enjoy a delicious (included) breakfast at your hotel in their award-winning El Dorado Restaurant, after which you'll be picked up to head to your first incredible tour. Mambo Combo – Canyoneering and Rafting Make the most of your limited vacation time! Combine the exciting Lost Canyon Adventures Canyoneering and Rafting on theBeautiful Río Balsa – For a full-day of pure adrenaline… you’ll get to rappel and hike down amazing waterfalls in a pristine, rainforest canyon and then go rafting on the beautiful class 2-3 Río Balsa – the perfect blend of whitewater and wildlife — rolling rapids, vibrant jungle – guaranteed more wildlife than any other rafting trip in Costa Rica! You’ll finich off with a delicious lunch at the Proyecto Asís Environmental Education Center. Proceeds are donated to Proyecto Asís, our Wildlife Rescue Center. Cerro Chato Extreme Hike This is an intense 4-5 hour hike through lush rain forest to the extinct volcano Cerro Chato. Arrive at the crater and then drop down to an emerald-green lagoon and then hike out.
Horseback ride to Monteverde Cloud Forest There is no better way to get between La Fortuna and Monteverde — enjoy a pleasant and safe ride along Lake Arenal as you ride up into the cloud forest of Monteverde!
Mountain Bike Adventure Moderate-level ride along Lake Arenal – rolling hills, beautiful flora & fauna. Departs: 8:00am Duration: 4.5 hours Includes: transport, helmet, bike, fruit & guide.
Canopy Zip-Line Tour The tour gives you the opportunity to fly through a cable and have a unique experience of adventure and adrenaline at speeds up to 40 miles per hour with distances ranging up to 2500 feet and heights of 524 feet. In addition the tour offers 5 observation towers that exceed the cloud forest treetops providing a panoramic view.
Arenal ATV Tour On this high adrenaline tour we take you along the road to La Fortuna Waterfall, followed by the town of Jauri to observe different kinds of vegetation, and later come back on the same way to visit a nice butterfly farm. We follow along through the town of La Guaria to enjoy the Arenal River, right there we have time for a little snack; with a refreshing shower finishing soon to return to the base and your hotel.
After resting a while by the pool, you may want to head to town tonight for a great meal and some shopping.
DAY 3:
We're going to make the best of your last day of adventure here in Costa Rica. Take your pick from the following for the morning:

This afternoon after you've had lunch and a chance to lay by the pool, we pick you up for your last adventure:
Arenal Volcano Hike – Liquid Lava Tour including dinner Hike through lush rainforest with a naturalist guide close to the base of the Arenal Volcano where we wait for sunset at the observation point. As it starts to get dark, on clear nights you can see the amazing lava flow of Central America's most-active volcano. Later, take a relaxing dip in natural hot springs and enjoy the area's specialty tropical drinks at the swim-up bar.
DAY 4:
Enjoy breakfast in the hotel and afterward we’ll transport you to the airport where you’ll fly back home.
