*Included Airport transportation consists of being met at the airport by one of our guides and being transported to your project by public transportation, where you will be met by your project coordinator. Private transfer to your project and return transfer to airport available for an extra charge (starting at $35). If you arrive at the airport after 1:00 p.m., it's likely you'll need to stay overnight at a nearby hostel or hotel that we can help you arrange. The cost of this lodging is not included in your package. Lodging available from $15 / night. Please contact us for more information.

*Accommodations include your choice of hostel or host family, based on availability. Upgrades to nearby hotels are also available for an extra charge, based upon availability. Hostel accommodations include a shared bedroom and bathroom and communal entertainment/public space areas in Puerto Viejo. Host families are well screened for cleanliness, safety and friendliness. Room sizes and styles will vary but almost always will provide private bedroom.

*Host families provide 3 meals daily. "Breakfast only" is included with the hostel option.

*Spanish lessons are custom scheduled for you (normally Monday through Thursday), based upon the number of hours of instruction you select, your project location and schedule. At this current time, Spanish lessons are only available in Puerto Viejo and on the Indigenous Reservation in Bambu. Please note: Our professor in Puerto Viejo has 20 years teaching experience and many certificates (she's pretty amazing, actually!), where on the indigenous reservation, our professor has a lot less experience. Therefore, we charge accordingly.

There is a registration fee collected for all Sea Turtle Projects (except Camaronal) in the amount of $35 to cover related administration fees.

Our one-week program consists of 6 nights and 7 days, our two-week program consists of 14 days and 13 nights. Additional days or weeks are available for an extra charge.
